Tripping boards and dead circuits, traced to the cause

A breaker that keeps tripping, a room with no power or a socket that feels warm is a fault telling you something. We find the actual cause with test equipment, not guesswork, explain it and give you a written price to fix it properly.

Fault finding questions

Not answered here? Ring 07703 295654 and ask an electrician.

The most common causes are a faulty appliance, moisture in an outdoor socket or light, a damaged cable, or a worn RCD. Unplug everything on the circuit and reset it; if it holds, plug things back in one at a time. If it trips with nothing plugged in, the fault is in the wiring and needs testing.
